Tanzanite and Sapphire Pty Ltd has full accreditation with CATHSSETA. We offer a range of skills programs and customised workshops in food preparation and safety in line with the SAQA 14111 National Certificate in Professional Cookery. Our introductory courses provide food handlers with an overview of basic food safety and hygiene practices, processes, systems, to ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulation.
